National Art Competition Grande Finale at Civic Centre, November 26, 6 PM

Nigerian Breweries Plc. and African Artists' Foundation present the 7th Annual National Art Competition Grand FInale. Launched in 2008, The National Art Competition is an annual platform to empower the next generation of contemporary artists in Nigeria. This year’s theme, Interventions, examines how contemporary art serves as a catalyst for positive social change, engaging artists to think about their relationship to the social, political, and cultural framework of the society that they live in.

The twelve finalists of the National Art Competition include Ada Umeofia, Emmanuel Dudu, Ike Francis, Paul Mbah, Nkechi Ebubedike, Erasmus Onyishi, Pwavidon Mathias, Tyna Adebowale, Modupeola Fadugba, Amarachi Okafor, Priscilla Nwanah, and Jacqueline Suowari.
