The LagosPhoto Foundation presents a solo exhibition of renowned photojournalist Akintunde Akinleye at Red Door Gallery, Victoria Island, Lagos, April 19-May 3, 2015. As a Reuter's photographer and the first Nigerian to win the prestigous World Press Photo Award, Akinleye has ammased a vast archive of documentary images that portray Nigeria's evolving social landscape. Covering a wide spectrum of Nigerian culture through his lens, from major news events to the routine aspects of daily life, Akinleye provides an intimate portrait of a nation at the verge of change.
