SPAN Ten Year Anniversary Gala, Eko Hotels & Suites, April 25, 2015, 7 PM

SPAN, the Society for Performing Arts in Nigeria, celebrates their ten year anniversary with a special night dedicated to artistic innovations in the performing arts sector. Featuring a production of SPAN performances, as well as a special showing of Zip Zap Circus, an international circus troup from South Africa, this event will highlight the amazing work that SPAN has done to provide educational opportunities in the arts in Nigeria.

SPAN is a non-governmental organisation that aims to create a world-class standard for performing arts education and expression in Nigeria. SPAN offers exceptional opportunities in dance, music, theatre, and visual arts to talented Nigerian youths by inspiring and training them so that their creativity is unleashed. SPAN’s main objective is the empowerment of youths with skill-set development in order to give students the appropriate knoweldge and techniques that can help them build careers in the cultural sphere.
